Shipping policy

Shipping

All Nibu Letterpress orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our London studio. We use Royal Mail for all shipments.

Lead times

• Ready-made items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
• Bespoke and personalised orders take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and studio schedule.

Please note that during busy or festive periods, production and delivery times may be slightly longer.

If your order contains both bespoke and ready-made products, these will be shipped together once all items are complete. Should you require a split shipment or have an urgent deadline, please contact us at type@nibuletterpress.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Orders

We currently ship to the UK and USA only. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
